Welcome to the website of Charter Physiotherapy Uxbridge, we are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Professionals Council and are based within Active4Less Health Club (previously Flex Lifestyles) in Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1LE.
At Charter Physiotherapy we aim to provide effective and fast relief for all injuries, pain and problems.
Charter Physiotherapy provides treatment for all types of pain and injury, including:
- back pain
- neck pain
- sports injury
- repetitive strain injury
- muscle or ligament injury
We specialise in disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This can include bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, cartilage, tendons, nerves and discs in the spine.
Clients will always receive individual and thorough treatment with an open and friendly therapist. Treatment is will always be carried out in the first session and most clients go away feeling a significant improvment straight away.

We are recognised by most major health insurers and take GP, consultant and self referrals.
Occasionally home and corporate visits can be arranged. However, this is at the discretion of the therapist and will incur greater costs due to time and travel implications.
Please be aware that clients will need to climb stairs to get the the treatment room as there is no lift facility available.
